**Summary**
It is the responsibility of the Manager Warehouse Ops to manage various departments in the Warehouse, but not limited to, new generation, decorating, and drapes. Track inventory usage and determine replacement requirements. Motivate, communicate, and promote teamwork/positive attitudes between all personnel, departments, and customers. Professionaly interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner relationships to provide the highest level of customer service.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Atlanta, GA.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Hire, schedule, coach, mentor, train, fire, appraise and discipline all personnel as required.
+ Motivate, communicate, and promote teamwork/positive attitudes between all personnel, departments, and customers.
+ Prepare daily labor calls while understanding and adhering to all pertinent CBA rules.
+ Oversee daily operations and production operations including, but not limited to, New Generation, Decorating and Drape.
+ Monitor and enforce safety procedures.
+ Prepare capital expenditure requests and complete semi-annual inventories. Monitor inbound, outbound, and in-house inventory.
+ Review and evaluate upcoming shows to ensure inventory availability. Review all service tickets for any show changes that may require additional inventory.
+ Maintain and complete conflicting (show projections) show reports.
+ Monitor and track borrowed inventory that has been sent to other branches.
+ Arrange for equipment to be returned.
+ Prepare departmental production and billing paperwork including, ordering of consumable supplies, labor accruals, LBT's.
+ Oversee quality control of equipment and services. Determine equipment shortages pertaining to events, enabling the department to fulfill those equipment needs in the most cost-effective manner available.
+ Ensure departmental safety and adhere to all OSHA rules and requirements. Ensure vendors follow established safety procedures during service calls. Maintain safety reports for the fire pump, generator, paint emissions and dust collection.
+ Monitor all service failures and ensure proper resolution.
+ Ensure warehouse is maintained properly and manage property related issues.
+ Ensure that the maintenance schedule for all equipment including HVAC, Generator, Fire Pump and Evaporated Coolers, are followed. Develop preventive / predictive maintenance programs to maximize up-time and minimize down time.
+ Perform other duties as required.
**Education & Experience**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
+ One to two (1-2) years of related warehouse and furniture operations experience.
+ Three to five (3 -5) years of supervisory experience.
+ Proven managerial experience in personnel matters such as documentation, reports, disciplinary reports, etc.
+ Bilingual in Vietnamese and English preferred.
+ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree from an accredited college with major studies in food and nutrition or dietetics required. Licensed in the state as a Dietitian. Registered Dietitian Certification required.
Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population required.
Must have medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before having direct participant contact.

Monitors monthly weights, medical diagnosis, drug nutrient interactions, changes in chewing, swallowing, mood changes hydration status, intake, skin breakdown, reports changes to the Interdisciplinary Team and makes recommendations for changes to appropriate staff.
Documents nutrition notes and all other pertinent activities in the participations' medical record according to Senior CommUnity Care standards.
Provides nutritional counseling and education for Senior CommUnity Care program participants and or caregivers using appropriate materials.
Provides nutritional educational programs to own department or other departments/Senior CommUnity Care staff.
Assists in monitoring meals, including intake, diet compliance and tray accuracy.
Oversees and manages dining program.
Maintains operational food inventory and emergency dietary supply inventory according to regulations. Including ordering, shopping, and errands associated with dietary operations.
Oversees special event planning as necessary, including ordering, setup, break down and cleaning.
Develops and implements the nutritional components of participant's plan of care including active participation and development of therapeutic dining programs.
Maintains supplement/snack/bag lunch lists and dietary census for Senior CommUnity Care participants.
Directs, supervises, performs initial and annual competencies on, and evaluates the performance of the Dietary Aide.
Ensures that the job responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of direct reports are defined and understood.

Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our three primary delivery methods:
Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching
Express - No contact drop-off delivery
Slopeside (select markets) - Skis direct to resort snow beach

+ Supervise dock labor at the show site by assigning qualified personnel to efficiently perform all duties in accordance with standard practices. Assist in the training of all dock labor.
+ Provide direction to all subordinates to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct safety and service meetings on a regular basis.
+ Interact with the Facility Manager for the assigned show to ensure all facility rules and regulations are adhered to.
+ Determine the needs and request equipment, tools and labor required to produce each show event. Ensure the location of all rigging and machinery. Order and supervise all drivers and machine operators and related equipment such as cranes and large capacity forklifts.
+ Communicate with decorating operations and the account executive on the scheduled move in and move out of each show.

+ Project labor and analyze labor using the labor budget tool. Produce accurate payroll forms, timecards or timekeeping system for all labor worked on shows.
+ Complete a post-show recap after the show is completed.

+ Ensure all equipment is retuned from show site to warehouse.
**Education & Experience**

Summary
It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Ops Coordinator under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to provide logistics support for key corporate event clients. Professionaly interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner relationships to provide the highest level of customer service.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Atlanta, GA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Review of, testing and reconditioning trade show displays, booth properties and ancillary materials; the use of hand-tools is required, and excellent dexterity needed.
* Review shipping requests, prepare them, palletize orders and create bills of lading for them.
* Manage outbound shipping for freight companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other common carriers.
* Monitor and enforce safety procedures.
* Monitor and track delivery dates, ensure timely delivery of critical shipments going to events.
* Review required arrival dates, critical show management deadlines.
* Manage inbound shipments from shows, ensuring timely pickups, scheduling the carriers to pick up shipments within the required windows, understanding union and show management rules regarding these shipment departures from events.
* Review inbound shipments, reconcile manifest against contents, check for damage, restock items and ensure proper tracking of available inventory using a computer software system.
* Ensure 100% accuracy on all outbound and inbound freight and manifests, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
* Must have a friendly telephone demeanor and be comfortable making phone calls to check the status of freight and deal with management.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years industry experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Shipping experience with various carriers.
* Bilingual in Vietnamese and English preferred.

Summary
We're looking for an experienced and mission-driven Sr Data Engineer. The role will report directly to the Manager of Data Engineering and join the company's transformative IT team. You will be responsible for developing and working with a highly motivated group of data engineers, data architects and data contractor resources covering multiple disciplines, for refining Freeman's transformative systems to meet its customer's needs and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. This position will focus on the development of data platform solutions. Sometimes it will be building upon existing solutions for the enterprise, and other times creating new complex data solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Development, testing, change & configuration management, and automated deployment of data management solutions - data ingestion, data transformation, data virtualization, data model, interfaces, databases, etc.
* System integration across foundational data sources, the on-premises and cloud platforms they reside within, and other third-party data solutions.
* Designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines
* Working with large datasets, data lakes (lakehouse), and big data technologies, preferably cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Synapse, Databricks, or similar
* Use Git and Azure DevOps Pipelines for deployment automation of data solutions.
* Design and develop data warehouses and data pipelines within Azure and or AWS.
* Act as a key contributor to the design and development lifecycle of analytic applications utilizing Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure and BI technology platforms.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demonstrations
* Produce efficient and elegant code that meets business requirements
* Author unit tests that adhere to code coverage guidelines
* Proactively communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders
* Create and maintain technical documentation

Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
* Experience designing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
* Experience with Snowflake, Azure Synapse and Azure Databricks preferable
* Participate in driving best practices around data engineering and software development process
* Understand data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and techniques
* Experience with a range of AWS and/or Azure services, including Infrastructure and Security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, Containers, Storage, Networking, and Azure Security, Airflow, SNS, SQS, S3
* Familiarity with designing and building data platforms supporting both batch and real-time (event-based) architecture for cloud data platforms is considered a strong plus
* Familiarity with big data platforms, tools, Kafka, predictive modeling, machine learning, etc. is considered a strong plus
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed data architecture for BI and OLTP systems
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Snowflake, AWS and Azure data services
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience with data integration using ETL / ELT tools
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS and Azure, Airflow, SNS, SQS, S3, ADLS Gen 2, Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse Analytics preferred
* Experience with one or more Python parallel processing libraries preferable
* Experience with one or more Python data analysis libraries preferable

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development:

* Focused on sales to corporate organizations within an assigned or self-defined customer market and/or segment.
