Plays a lead role on smaller shows consisting of less than 100,000 lbs. Spends more than 50% of the time performing the same work as the team they are leading. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence. This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Lead dock labor at show site by assigning qualified personnel to perform work to be done. + Adhere to safe operations practices to reduce and control safety violations. + Lead loading and unloading show site dock operations at show site. + Professionally interact with customers, sales, and operatons staff to provide the best customer service experience. + Ensure that equipment and tools needed to produce the assigned show is in place and ready for use. This role will be directly responsible for the daily processing and staging of inbound and outbound rental equipment in accordance with procedure(s) to ensure integrity is maintained in our reservations and equipment readiness. This position requires teamwork, communication, and coordination skills. This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team.
