**Summary**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for administrative support to the Freeman Transportation department; under direct supervision, prepares regular work assignments related to the strategy of the department or work team.
This position will support our Transportation team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our Adler office in Dallas, TX.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate all round trip, inbound, and outbound transportation requirements for exhibitor clients
+ Utilize the current Exhibit Transportation shipment management system for all shipments and ensure that all necessary shipment documentation is properly prepared and distributed
+ Effectively communicate and follow up with selective partner carriers to ensure transportation requirements are met
+ Obtain most competitive freight quotes in a timely manner and communicate suggested retail pricing to account executives
+ Effectively communicate shipment details with Freeman Transportation staffs, up to and including account executives, account managers, branch managers, and directors
+ Responsible for communicating pertinent information to internal companies and departments to ensure seamless exhibit transportation services
+ Efficiently utilize carrier software programs to monitor and manage all tendered shipments
+ Manage and reconcile all carrier invoicing and billing
+ Prepare monthly shipment and revenue reports
+ Distribute Claims forms to customers
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**Education & Experience**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Prefer to have at least two (2) years in the transportation industry
+ Prefer to be able to type 40 wpm
+ Must have excellent 10-key by touch skills
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
+ Must be detail oriented and organized
+ Good communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Strong analytical and organization skills
+ Excellent customer service skills

Overview:
As a member of the Service and Operations Support Team, the Customer Support Representative will support Outfitter and Dealer daily operations. Outfitter Support:
Operate as the first point of contact for Outfitters (B2B) via CRM and phone system.

Provide ad-hoc training to Outfitters related to adventure tools and processes such Check In/Out Process, Insurances, Accounting, and Program policies.
Communicate pertinent information about Outfitters/Members to leadership team. Details may include competitive intelligence, expansion and growth initiatives, marketing activities, support trend/concerns.
Ability to recognize unique situations and escalate as needed.
Partner with Regional Account Managers to build long term relationships.
Work collaboratively and cross functionally with all internal functions.
Member Support:
Provides a premium experience for the membership program. Empowered to resolve issues and deliver solutions that create a positive customer interaction.
Operates as the first point of contact for customer support; handling inquiries and requests from members, and handing off leads to the Sales team.
Facilitates member reservations; familiar with catalog offerings, knowledgeable of process and requirements, maintains accurate reservation data, and supports member bookings.
Internal Team Support:
Assist internal teams on data entry and other ad-hoc projects.
Tier 1 support via case platform.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to assist with routine order management and customer enabling activities. This role supports established processes related to order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth internal operations and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying obstacles in internal order management processes and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.
Update internal stakeholders on order status, delays, or issues.
Generate order-related documentation following established procedures.
Resolve basic administrative or clerical issues related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
Review simple customer orders for credit checks, contract alignment, pricing accuracy, stock allocation, and transportation availability.
Follow standard procedures to provide order status, invoice details, and contract balance information to customer-facing representatives.
Handle moderately complex clerical, technical, or customer support tasks under general supervision.
Escalate more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in mail or delivery services

Job Description Overview
The Yardi Administrator will be the in-house Yardi expert, responsible for technical support, platform management, integrations, and implementations for corporate and a portfolio of operating apartment properties. This role requires a strong understanding of the Yardi multi-family platform and will be the main point of contact for our corporate and on-site team to ensure timely resolution of support issues.
Essential Duties
Provide day to day operational troubleshooting for our corporate and on-site property users
Identify areas of improvement for our current Yardi modules, which include but are not limited to, Property Management, RentCafe, GL, Procure to Pay, Payscan, Maintenance IQ, Job Cost and Investment Management, for both Yardi Voyager and Elevate platforms
End-to-end project management
Input and manage escalated Yardi tickets from internal team
Serve as liaison for new property set up for operations once construction is completed
Create and update leases and addendums in Yardi usings FillDocs
Test and troubleshoot integrations, upgrades, and new modules
Collaborate with new partnerships and Yardi for integration and programming
Complete, manage, and maintain report scheduling and task optimization
Create custom reports as needed
Manage and review Yardi billings
Identify opportunities and prioritize new products and initiatives
Attend annual Yardi conference
Manage Yardi users (add, disable, maintain security settings, etc.)
Assist Accounting with the following requests:
Create GL accounts
Update account trees
Update security for access
Update/edit/remove permissions
Update/edit/remove roles and workflows
Create and setup entity/property/job
Update/edit/remove roles
Setup out of office
Troubleshoot any issues with the above
Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Multi-family experience required
Knowledge of accounting principles preferred
5+ years of Yardi experience including both property accounting and technical support/system administration
Intermediate knowledge of SQL, custom reporting, and technical support in Yardi
Strong project management skills and understanding of system integrations
Advanced excel skills
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and process improvement skills
Must be a team-player who takes initiative
Strong communication skills required
Must have a passion for learning new technology and developing innovative solutions
Report to: Corporate Controller
Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
