Pros of working at The Fresh Market

I thought the pros were team-oriented everyone on the same page. But it seems like I'm just a babysitter for a bunch of highly uneducated people in the budget apartment

Cons of working at The Fresh Market

I really haven't found any cons of working at The fresh market... Being understaffed in all aspects and not willing to pay overtime while looking for more workers they could use that money to compensate the the workers that are there. Furthermore too much of the wrong help... And you're only as good as your help. For instance five to $7,000 was thrown away in products.

The Fresh Market benefits

Upon being hired... Dylan the store manager asked me how was your first day? And I quote"it was okay but there's a lot of tweaking that needs to be done here"in which he responded"well that's why you're here"since that day I have nothing but resistance from bottom to top.. especially Dylan who doesn't want to look at all the pictures I have to correspond with the loss of production.

How would you improve The Fresh Market's culture?

I would improve the production by everything stated in the test that is provided towards all employees... Which 80% is not followed by... You only as good as your help... There is no need to cut the meat case too high on all red meat after 3:00... All that does is accumulate darkness of the meat which The fresh market does not want to display... So you take it 1899 filet mignon and put it towards other products which you will never break even in the long run...

What brings you the most joy at The Fresh Market?

The most fulfilling Joy that I would get out of work is if Jason topper would contact me at 561-436-49 68 to let him know how much is not even being accounted for while being thrown out

How did you prepare for the The Fresh Market interview?

I was promised three things... Sunday's off... Which I am grateful for cuz I do not work on the Lord's Day... 40 hours a week which I haven't gotten until recently... And no nights... There is no reason for a assistant manager to clean up... Being the food industry for over 42 years you progress not egress... Been there done that... My wisdom and knowledge could be used better elsewhere

What's the diversity at The Fresh Market like?

Representing Coral springs... Know your customer... Never ever offer anything that's on sale... That will sell itself... Always offer will make the fresh market the most money. And I have encountered time and time again employees offering up sale items
