Mr. Potter has over 30 years of experience in the grocery industry, having spent the bulk of his career at Sobeys Inc., one of the largest food retailers in North America and a leader in perishables. During his 26-year tenure at Sobeys, Mr. Potter served in successively senior executive positions. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations, having previously served as President Sobeys West, Sobeys Atlantic and President of Multi-Format Operations. As Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Potter had full leadership and P&L responsibility for the approximately 800 Full Service and Community stores under the Sobeys, Safeway, Foodland, and Thrifty banners. He earned his Bachelor of Management and MBA at Athabasca University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. Mr. Potter was named to Canada's Top 40 Under 40 for Leadership. He also served as Chairman of the Board for GIFT Atlantic Canada and was a board member of the Coca-Cola Research Council.

Brian Johnson is a Chief Operating Officer at FRESH MARKET, INC. and is based in Tyler, Texas Area. He works or has worked as Senior Vice President, Division Manager at Brookshire Grocery Company and Board of Directors at United Way of Smith County. Brian attended University of Texas At Tyler between 2012 and 2015 and Hankamer School of Business between 1987 and 1991.

Dan brings more than 35 years of experience in food retail merchandising and marketing, having been the President and CEO at Kings Super Markets/Balducci's Markets and the Chief Merchandising & Marketing Officer at Winn-Dixie Stores. Dan complements his retail background with a deep knowledge of consumer products goods as well, with prior leadership positions at Cott Corporation, a leading beverage company, and Daymon Worldwide, a private brand development company.

Chris Himebauch is a Chief Human Resources Officer at FRESH MARKET, INC. and is based in Jacksonville, Florida Area. He has worked as Director of Staffing at DARDEN RESTAURANTS INC; Regional Vice President, Human Resources at Wyndham Destinations; and University Relations Manager at DARDEN RESTAURANTS INC. Chris works or has worked as Regional VP:Human Resources at Wyndham Worldwide Corp. He studied at UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1985 and 1989, and University of Southern California.

Kevin Miller is a seasoned data-driven, consumer-focused retail expert, brand marketer, innovator and disruptor. He has a 30-year track record of leading marketing and advertising teams for Fortune 100 retail brands (McDonald’s, Disney, Subway, Pizza Hut). Kevin is well known for his ability to analyze consumer and industry data, see trends early, identify growth-driving opportunities and then championing them into results that last including: new products, segmentation strategies, distribution/delivery channels, new technology development, innovative marketing and branding concepts/strategies.

Kevin is Chief Marketing Officer/CMO for publicly-traded Natural Grocers a rapidly growing natural and organic retail grocery chain (that sells CBD products) with annual sales of $1 billion operating 153 stores in 20 states reporting to the Chairman of the Board/Co-President. He has led transformational change at Natural Grocers across marketing, company culture and technological innovation resulting in strong, sustainable business results including 10 straight quarters of positive sales comps and Natural Grocers being recognized as one of the World's 20 Fastest Growing Retailers of 2018. Under his leadership, Natural Grocers Npower Loyalty Program membership has grown over 500% and now exceeds 1.25 million members.

Prior to Natural Grocers, Kevin served as President of KMMP Media Group a boutiques social media business development firm serving start-up MarTech companies, SVP CMO ABC Radio, VP Marketing Pizza Hut, VP Management Supervisor for the Subway National account, Field Marketing Manager Coca-Cola Retail Fountain, National McDonald’s advertising account executive at Leo Burnett.

Kevin is a member of the select CMO Masters Circle of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) that focuses on global growth challenges of the world’s leading brands. He serves and has served in leadership positions on several non-profit boards including The West Point Society of Denver as VP Admissions and The First Tee of Dallas as Board President. He has received numerous awards in business and in the military including Corporate Executive of the Year by the American Diabetes Association and two Meritorious Service Medals from the Army.
