Reports to: Concrete Foreman / Superintendent / General Superintendent / Concrete Project Manager FLSA: Non-Exempt The Carpenter is responsible for on-site execution of all assigned tasks. Through daily coordination with the Carpenter Foreman and/or Superintendent, the carpenter will track and complete tasks in order to facilitate the needs of the project team and schedule. They will assist the project team in the field to maintain layout control as well as JHL's safety and quality programs. The Carpenter will be a key player in training and instructing JHL apprentice carpenters and laborers for efficient and quality work in addition to the development of skills. He/she will have direct authority over on-site JHL craft in the absence of a foreman.
