Good Pay long hours.

.Management sucks. You're only a number to the owner only as good as much as he can abuse you. Owners are cheap as hell. The CFO is disgusting Take a shower you have bugs!!!! Management has no idea how to run this type of business hence why most employees hate it there anyway.
