The Findlay Plant was acquired in 1914 and has been producing tires ever since. The plant primarily produces SUV and radial light truck replacement tires. Of the roughly 700 employees at the plant, the company selects 4 co-ops per semester. Currently that includes Mechanical, Electrical and Reliability roles. Co-ops are tasked with impactful work on day one. Typical responsibilities include:
