Coordinating the daily schedule for production/jobs and keeping the owner up to date on changes or request. Assisting the owner via text and phone with general scheduling questions and answers. Creating a timeline of start of project, with projected dates on completion for contractors. Rounding up job documents that would be needed (plans and/or quotes) that have been sent over. Creating and filing billing sheets on a daily basis. Maintain accurate schedules, as well as handling last minute schedule changes. Monitor job progress, and adjust schedules as needed through out the day.
