What You'll Be Doing:
As a Back of House Team Member, you'll be right at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely, quickly, and efficiently, all while meeting Chick-fil-A's high standards
Mastering all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Keeping the kitchen stocked, clean, and orderly at all times
Staying updated on new products and rolling them out with enthusiasm
Operating kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance issues
Maintaining personal knowledge through in-house training and staying informed about any changes
Completing all assigned opening or closing tasks
