THE OPPORTUNITY As the Produce Senior FSQA Manager, you will help to ensure that all fresh produce and raw agricultural ingredients for Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) Restaurants in the U.S. and Canada are grown, harvested, packed, and processed in accordance with Chipotle Food Safety and Quality standards. This position requires 50-60% travel (with up to 80% during peak season, and last-minute travels depending on business needs) to agricultural areas throughout the United States and on occasion, internationally. The Sr. Manager will assess and mitigate risks in the CMG supply chain and build relations with FSQA counterparts at CMG supplier locations. This is a great opportunity to make tangible progress in overall Produce Food Safety at CMG and in the industry. This individual will build upon the existing Produce FSQA Program, lead the supplier auditing program, and create strategies to reduce risks at each node of the produce supply chain. This position provides an opportunity to mentor, train and develop analysts to be future leaders and serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Manage the overall FSQA strategy for the CMG Produce Category, execute against department, and company goals. * Conduct routine (and for cause) visits to produce supplier operations and assist in improving supplier programs. * Execute timely audit report creation and closure of associated non-conformances. * Develop and manage second party audit programs; train contract auditors on CMG standards and CMG audit expectations. * Monitor and analyze Food Quality Reports to identify potential issues in produce safety and quality. General Responsibilities * Plan and organize 1-3 smaller scope projects from their start to completion, including creating & maintaining any required Project Execution documents * Responsible for coordinating/assisting meetings, updating the project's progress using various mediums (email, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Teams, etc.), and prioritizing work based on the customer's needs * Assist in the development of rollout materials and design presentations for update meetings/trainings with the Supply Chain Team and customers * Communicate any issues, roadblocks, or scope creep to necessary parties * Understand project's timeline, resources, and scope from the project's kick-off * Responsible for managing tasks and communicating effectively to all members of the project until it reaches the support phase * Retrieve data from a variety of sources to identify outcomes and opportunities Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination/project management, required * 2-3 years of experience in project coordination/project management, preferred * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Possesses the ability to quickly learn and understand the fundamentals of In-N-Out's Supply Chain infrastructure & applications * Intermediate to advanced proficiency required in MS Office products * Ability to actively learn supply chain programs such as ERP, manufacturing systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS) Work Schedule + Benefits * Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt * Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm * Department needs may call for occasional overtime and occasional travel (10-20% of the time) * Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance * Free meals on work days * Pay Range is $31.96 - $37.60 per hour, $66,480 - $78,208 annually The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition.
