    Our Operations team is currently seeking an experienced Agency Licensing Coordinator in our Worcester, MA location. The Hanover Insurance Group has adopted a Hybrid work model that is 2 days in office, 3 days remote. This is a full time, non-exempt role. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Agency Services Coordinator will report to the Licensing Supervisor and be responsible for the management and verification of agency and producer licensing records to ensure compliance with state laws, performing Due Diligence processes and executing agency appointments and contracts. Working closely with other Operational teams, Hanover Sales, and agency contacts, this individual will also support on-going maintenance of agency and producer records across various platforms and systems, generating user access in the form of log on IDs, agency management system downloads, terminations, authorizing new states and lines of business, and production codes. Strong problem solving and time management are essential to the role, with varying degrees of once-and-done processing vs. longer tail tasks which require tracking and follow-up. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Manage on-boarding process of new agencies, through clarification of agency production codes, license verification, contracts, internal systems updates, and communication throughout events Maintain working knowledge of licensing and appointment laws/regulations and promote best practices to ensure compliance Collaborate with Hanover Sales teams on agency mergers and acquisitions, identifying solutions to ensure transition is seamless and business transferred without interruption. Clarify intent of requests and present trade-offs due to systems or compliance limitations. Updates agency and producer information into licensing system, SIRCON's Producer Manager. initiates appointments to states in areas the vendor doesn't support Creates and troubleshoots Hanover Point of Sale user access for key individuals within the agency Ensures confidentiality and privacy of personally identifiable information. Corresponds daily with agency contacts and internal staff via email Monitors group mailbox at different intervals, assigning critical tasks to staff and answering general inquiries regarding licensing or systems information Creates and maintains agency files, containing contract, licensing, and historical correspondence Perform other administrative duties as assigned WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: Associates degree preferred Three or more years of P&C insurance related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to multi-task and prioritize - Stays on top of multiple tasks that have varying deadlines.
