The Sr. Product Analyst, Personal Insurance Product Management - Auto Product, will play a critical role in supporting the Countrywide Auto Product team. This position is responsible for leveraging advanced data capabilities to analyze complex insurance datasets, monitor key product performance indicators (KPIs), and develop actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. The Sr. Product Analyst will create clear, visually compelling presentations and reports tailored for senior executives and cross-functional teams, translating technical findings into concise, executive-level summaries. Responsibilities: Support data science partners to develop, implement, and continuously refine the auto class plan, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and growth objectives. Transform complex, multi-source data-including internal performance metrics, market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes-into actionable insights and technical recommendations that inform product development and market strategy. Design and build robust, interactive dashboards and visualizations using cutting-edge tools (e.g., SQL, ThoughtSpot, Snowflake, and advanced Excel functions) to monitor auto product performance and highlight key opportunities for class plan optimization. Collaborate closely with actuarial, underwriting, IT, data science, and operations teams to develop and launch profitable auto products, ensuring technical accuracy and seamless integration with business processes. Lead technical deep-dives and cross-functional working sessions to diagnose product defects, assess emerging risks, and implement innovative solutions that drive sustainable product growth. Develop and deliver technical presentations and reports, translating complex data and model outputs into clear, strategic guidance for senior executives and stakeholders across varying levels of technical expertise. Serve as a technical subject matter expert on personal lines insurance products, with a particular focus on auto class plan design, rating structures, and predictive analytics to support profitable market delivery. Drive continuous improvement and innovation by challenging existing methodologies, recommending enhancements, and partnering with State Product Management, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Claims, Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure successful product launches and ongoing profitability. Qualifications: 5+ years of prior relevant work experience, insurance experience preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred Possess a solid understanding of Personal Lines insurance products, coverages, and distribution channels, including both Direct and Agency models. As a Senior Consultant, you'll structure and lead large financial and operational measurement projects across one or more business units and effectively synthesize measurement results to improve business outcomes.
