This successful candidate will help execute a roadmap for delivering data and analytical capabilities, as well as understand and coordinate the prioritized backlog. Other responsibilities may include partnering with other BI Consultants around best practices, standards, training, documentation and peer reviews.
Responsibilities
* Drive execution of the data & analytical capabilities roadmap to solve current business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
* Create new and/or enhance existing dashboards and visual analytics that empower business partners to make informed, data-driven decisions.
* Deliver high-priority or advanced BI, data, and analytical capabilities that support enterprise goals and innovation.
* Manage individual workload effectively while maintaining clear and proactive communication with team members and leadership.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or analytics issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain data integrity.
* Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements by collaborating with product owners and development team to design, develop, deploy, and support AI & visual analytic tools.
* Partner with IT, data, and other BI organizations as a thought leader to elevate enterprise-wide data and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the BI Consultant position has a passion for building BI/analytical/data solutions, is results-oriented and is self-motivated. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities in a fast-paced environment:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
* Proficiency in querying languages.
* Experience with advanced features of data visualization tools. (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI)

Compensation
