Great Benefits. Very low expectations and easy to get excellent performance rating.

Cons of working at The Hartford

Low pay. However, if you look at hourly pay for actual work, it is great. Typical day is 1-2 hrs of work 6-7 hrs of meetings at least in IT.

Zero pressure and can do other work which is outside of work.
