Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT). The LMRT performs all required clinical and radiological duties in accordance with state requirements and license. Operates radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (X-rays) of all bony anatomy for diagnostic purposes as directed by Physician. Maintains a safe diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards and radiation safety guidelines.

Performs all x-ray views according to provider's orders, under state law and in compliance with license.
Monitors the equipment for mechanical safety. Communicate any problems or unusual situations with leadership in the appropriate manner.
Maintain a working knowledge of all equipment and upgrades.
Works with all clinic staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and that patients receive high quality care and services.
Works as a team member to ensure clinic efficiencies are within guidelines.
Understands and follows radiation safety, company compliance program, policies and procedures.
Performs ancillary duties as assigned.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Seeking a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT). The LMRT performs all required clinical and radiological duties in accordance with state requirements and license. Operates radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (X-rays) of all bony anatomy for diagnostic purposes as directed by Physician. Maintains a safe diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards and radiation safety guidelines.

Monitors the equipment for mechanical safety. Communicate any problems or unusual situations with leadership in the appropriate manner.
Maintain a working knowledge of all equipment and upgrades.
Works with all clinic staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and that patients receive high quality care and services.
Works as a team member to ensure clinic efficiencies are within guidelines.
Understands and follows radiation safety, company compliance program, policies and procedures.
Performs ancillary duties as assigned.
Performs other related job functions as assigned
What Qualifications you will need:
EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent with education and training from an accredited radiology sciences program per state requirements required
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a medical office setting preferred
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
Possession of active and unrevoked Radiology certification required

If the majority of your allocated shift hours are worked between 11pm - 7am, your hours worked in this shift will receive an additional $8.00 per hour, on top of your base rate & shift differentials.
The Hospital Radiologic Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high-quality diagnostic imaging in a hospital setting. Responsible for providing quality age-appropriate patient care for inpatients and outpatients according to established standards of practice and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The hospital radiologic technologist supports all imaging procedures, surgical cases, fluoroscopy studies, portable x-ray, and general x-ray performed in the hospital. Provides assist in the opening of the supplies/equipment for surgical and special procedure cases as well as responding to codes, trauma activations and other emergent needs for imaging in an acute care environment.
Responsibilities
* Maintains patient care
* Performs examinations
* Identifies relevant data from images accurately.
* Communicates pertinent data clearly to the appropriate health care professional
* Participates in creating a culture of patient safety
* Communicate with and educate patient regarding pertinent information during all aspects of exam
* Achieves quality diagnostic images through correct patient positioning and use of technical factors according to protocol.
Required Qualifications
* Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
* ARRT Certification/Registration
* Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) before date of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* B.S./B.A.
* 3 years experience as a technologist in a hospital setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
