* Maintain data integrity in Kinaxis and other relevant systems, ensuring timely publication of forecasts and new item setups.
* Communicate forecast assumptions, changes, and discrepancies to stakeholders, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
* Deliver shared customer-focused goals (e.g., Case Fill, Waste, On Shelf Availability, OTIF) and provide analysis to validate alignment with Sales and Customer Planning.
* Support monthly IBM Demand meetings and incorporate feedback to improve processes.
* Lead or participate in special projects, such as seasonal planning, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Participate in core planning processes (e.g., KEM meetings, SKU rationalization) as a representative of the Demand Planning team.
* Maintain thorough and explicit record of key planning assumptions by segment, building block and key driver/initiative

Shifts:
* Current hiring need for Mechatronics Tech I will be on either 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm) or 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 10:30 pm - 6:30 am)

Perform minor repairs and maintenance to Pilot Plant equipment in a manner that fully supports Product Development & Engineering activities. Maintain laboratory benchtop equipment related to product processing. Assist with the installation of acquired equipment and work with vendors to install, modify, repair, or remove equipment and processes in the Pilot Plant and Semiworks. Perform work, coordinate outside services, and order parts related to miscellaneous capital assignments.
2. Provide QA support by performing equipment teardown and cleaning and testing to ensure the safety of our equipment for food manufacturing. Provide cleaning support to Product Development and Engineering to ensure proper cleaning procedures are being completed in a correct manner.
3. Develop weekly work schedules through the review and prioritization of work order requests and the production schedule. Adjust weekly work schedules and priorities to accommodate un-planned work requests.
Work with Product Development, Engineering and Pilot Plant Operations members to review and establish timelines for projects and trials.
