Responsibilities
Representative responsibilities include the following:
Maintain surveillance, on a day-to-day basis, over the full range of field engineering activities associated with specific phases of a major military construction project.
Provide expertise and guidance concerning safety and quality assurance. Ensure adherence to safety regulations in day-to-day construction activities.
Review contractor's proposed schedules for logic, adequacy, and practicability that milestones will be met.
Review contractor's payment estimate submittals, progress measurement data, and reports of materials and equipment used.
Prepare daily activities report, which includes instruction to contractor representative, quantities of pay items placed, weather conditions, progress of construction, reasons for delay, and any unusual problems encountered.
Provide expertise and guidance concerning safety and quality assurance to all sections and personnel under the purview of the project.
Ensure compliance with environmental Best Management Practices per the contract.
Support project related outreach efforts as required.
Support construction oversight manager and Government COR/Project Manager as directed in support of construction execution.
Analyze problems and review and interpret the requirement of plans and specifications.
Monitor the layout of work and inspection of all work in progress.
Qualifications
3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
Education substitutions:
6 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree,
associate's degree plus 4 years' work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
3 years of construction oversight experience including surveillance, monitoring, and controlling construction of all types (horizontal construction preferred), to ensure compliance with contract documents and to ensure use of proper construction materials and techniques. Administer all aspects of leave programs. Provide extensive case management and coordinate administrative aspects of the cases

Coordinate and organize all medical information and ensures that HIPAA and Employee Privacy guidelines are closely monitored and effectively executed

Work closely with team members to ensure that all relevant completed medical documentation is submitted for timely review. Maintains appropriate contact with all team members on leave and coordinates all aspects of return to work for team members on leave
Communicate any updates to management/HR on team member's leave of absence or return to work status as well as manages team member return to work or separation of employment
Report and manage metrics and analytics for all leave cases. Present reports as requested

Manages STD/LTD programs in conjunction with the benefit team. Ensures that all disability claims are coordinated with FMLA or general medical cases

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
* Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.
* Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.
* Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.
Qualifications for the role:
* Bachelor degree in Health/Safety or Environment preferred OR Associate degree PLUS minimum 1 year HSE experience in Field Service, Construction, or Mission Critical operations OR HS diploma/GED PLUS minimum 3 years HSE experience in Field Service, Construction, or Mission Critical operations.
* Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance including local HSE regulations and of most widely used international standards
* Knowledge of Electrical Safety Program Implementation, a plus
* Project and Contractor Management, preferred
* Advanced skills in database management systems, MS Office
* Professional certifications (CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP) a plus.
* Willingness to travel (domestic) up to 75%
* Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Schedule: 8am to 5 pm EST The Outpatient Coding Auditor is responsible for conducting detailed reviews of coded outpatient medical records to ensure coding accuracy, documentation compliance, and regulatory alignment. This includes validating CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10-CM codes assigned for emergency room, same-day surgery, observation, ancillary services, and outpatient clinic visits. The role ensures the hospital's outpatient coding practices are accurate, compliant, and aligned with payer rules and coding guidelines, ultimately supporting the revenue integrity of SRMC.
Key Responsibilities:
Coding Audit and Validation
* Review a sample of coded outpatient records including:
o Emergency Department (ED)
o Outpatient Surgery (Day Surgery)
o Observation cases
o Radiology and Laboratory services
o Outpatient Clinic encounters
* Validate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes for diagnoses, procedures, and E/M levels.
* Ensure accuracy in modifier usage, code selection, and code sequencing.
* Confirm services are supported by clinical documentation and aligned with CMS Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) rules, NCCI edits, and payer policies.
