Contact Center Leadership - Operations, Revenue, and Experience You will own / lead omni-channel support operations (phone, live chat, email, and agency correspondence) that serve millions of customers across North America. This includes: + Driving performance across key metrics (SLAs, CSAT, cost-per-contact, etc.) + Managing vendor relationships, workforce planning, and technology strategy + Overseeing revenue-generating service channels (sales, insurance replacement, rental extension, value-added-services) + Coordinating with third parties (e.g., body shops, insurance partners) to optimize the customer journey and vehicle utilization + Tracking and reporting on financial performance - both cost and revenue impact 2.     As a Mobility Dispatch Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations for our drivers and Mobility Coordinator team for Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC. You'll have leadership responsibilities such as managing key metrics for driver compliance such as attendance, safety scores, customer service, and adherence to company policies/procedures. A Day in the Life: The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for assisting and leadership of the operation of their assigned Fleet Mobility location The wage for this position is $20.50/hr + quarterly incentives What You'll Do: * Supervise the daily activities of the office (fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, schedules, etc). * Manage all operational aspects of the location, ensuring vehicles are maintained, vehicles are assigned, and drivers are prepared for their shifts. Monitor daily workflows to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations. * Monitor, analyze and coach the Mobility Support Specialist and Drivers on key metrics such as attendance, company policies/procedures, safety, customer satisfaction, driver efficiency and vehicle utilization, taking corrective action when necessary. * Leads end-to-end workforce management, including hiring decisions, coordinating the setup of training and safety courses, and implementing shift schedules to meet operational goals. Continuously evaluates staff performance and identifies development opportunities. * Coordination with our internal and external maintenance teams to ensure any vehicle issues are addressed appropriately * Oversee the team responsible for cleaning and preparing the vehicle fleet * Communicate consistently and frequently with location manager What We're Looking For: * Experience in a leadership role, proven ability to coach and lead a team * Moderate in Excel and Microsoft Office * Thrives working in a fast paced environment * Values safety and organization * Excellent communication skills * Valid driver's license * Must pass a background check and MVR * Must be 20 years of age or older * Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights weekends and holidays * Ability to drive process and organizational change * Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills * Computer literate and detailed oriented * Ability to motivate teams, multitask, and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment * Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills Physical Requirements: * Able to communicate effectively * Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. * Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
