The **Part Time Sales & Service Associate** is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team and is the brand ambassador, providing the fastest, easiest, and most valued experience to our customers. The Director of Transportation is responsible for the delivery expense for their zones. They will co-ordinate with local operations and fleet partners to ensure business needs are met and that the cost to move vehicles intra-pool is minimized. They will lead a team of Distribution Managers and drive continuous improvement on transportation metrics. They will be responsible for growing the intra-pool transportation network with a bias to reduce overall labor expenses. Salary: $100,000/yr + bonus potential + company vehicle A Day in the Life: The Director of Transportation will be responsible for intra-pool logistics for their respective zone. They will own the development and implement processes that drive improved transportation KPIs, reduce transportation spending and improve overall transporter productivity.
