The Customer Operations Manager focuses on the front-of-the-house processes, customer service, and maximizing revenue as a leader on the Customer Operations team. The Manager directs processes and activities of frontline employees and may assist the Senior Customer Operations Manager in overseeing a brand or department of the location to ensure maximum performance through superior operational leadership, strong communication and maximum efficiency. **A Day in the Life** The **Sr DevOps Architect** will build functional systems that improve customer experience. **A Day in the Life:** The IBM Sterling Senior MFT Engineer will have expertise in Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy, Control Center. This position requires an expert level knowledge of these technologies. You'll provide third-level support for core hardware, software, data and infrastructure components within the B2B integration team. The software focus areas will include software infrastructure components, continuous improvement and automation related to middleware and enterprise data movement within a mission-critical, multi-site enterprise environment.
