Summary of Responsibilities:
The Home Care Assistant provides residents/clients and families with the highest quality of home care services which include companionship, personal care, transportation, and home support as well as a wide variety of ancillary services depending on the specific needs and service plan of the client. Delivers Specialized Care following individualized training and competency criteria, in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Health guidance. Essential Functions/Duties:
