Cons of working at The Hiller Companies

New ownership is unorganized, lack of communication, bringing their own past support in to replace employees who have been loyal for years. No loyalty. Their SBS shared business services do not support A/R as needed. No SOP after 15 months.

Leadership team is new and doesn’t listen to long term employees

Get rid of their SBS and furnish a sop so employees know their duties. Hire more employees as they are spread very thin and doing multiple job duties

Same, as most, a bit under industry standards, PTO is use it or lose it no pay out at end of year
