Cons of working at The Honey Baked Ham Company
They have a very poor work culture, do not care about the employees that work in the stores. Before Linda Van Rees took over, it was family oriented. As soon as she started the family culture left. Employees are just numbers.

Nothing anymore, the last 15 years or so it has gone downhill. As previously mentioned, the upper management does not care about the people who work in the stores. The culture is very toxic and upper management does nothing about caring who brings them the actual profits.
