Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 years of excavation experience.
Minimum of 2 years management experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and contract documents, and effectively communicate their contents.
Required clearances for school projects, including Pennsylvania and Federal criminal history records, fingerprint submission, Act 34 background check, and Act 151 child abuse clearances.
