No discipline for employees who violate code of business conduct with normal unacceptable behavior at a workplace including drinking. The most incompetent IT employees ever. Manger to employee relationships outside the normal scope of business. Everything is hidden from the CEO.

Lead by example build a better team and talk to them not just come in and ignore everyone and go to your office and play on your phone
