Cons of working at The Hospice Of East Texas
Gossip, supervisors, and or managers won’t stand up for you. Management work when they want to and come to work late daily but expect their direct reports to be on time. No one is on the same page. No discipline for employees who violate code of business conduct with normal unacceptable behavior at a workplace including drinking. The most incompetent IT employees ever. Manger to employee relationships outside the normal scope of business. Everything is hidden from the CEO.
