He has substantial experience with technology and digital transformation, public policy and regulatory affairs. He is currently CEO and Board Director at Realogy, the largest residential real estate brokerage company with ~$6B in revenue and over 10,000 FTE. He serves as a Director of Anthem, a F50 leading US healthcare company. Ryan joined Realogy after nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience at Capital One. Most recently, he was President of Capital One’s Card division, its largest business, for nine years leading all of the company's consumer and small business credit card businesses in the United States, U.K. and Canada. Before leading Capital One's Card businesses, Ryan led Capital One's Auto Finance business. Ryan joined Capital One in 2002 and held a variety of Executive Vice President leadership positions. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in financial services clients with an emphasis on consumer credit and insurance. Ryan received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.

The expansion is anchored by the area’s first H&M, along with two dozen additional retailers and restaurants. Jackie also is helping spearhead the continued transformation of Fontainebleau Miami Beach, the revered landmark and symbol of style and sophistication, as well as Turnberry Isle Miami, a legendary championship golf and spa retreat. An avid, long-time collector, Jackie Soffer founded Turnberry for the Arts, a cultural initiative that gives back to the community by displaying works from leading contemporary artists and creating a unique experience for the public. Aventura Mall features pieces from such renowned artists as Louise Bourgeois, Jorge Pardo, Daniel Arsham and Jaume Plensa. A graduate of The University of Colorado, Jackie Soffer serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami. She is a Board Member of Fontainebleau Miami Beach and was recently appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Washington Prime Group, which will be one of the most diversified portfolios of shopping centers in the U.S. retail real estate industry, initially comprised of 98 properties totaling 53 million square feet in 23 states.

Tom O'Hern is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Macerich. Mr. O'Hern's overall responsibilities include accounting, financial and tax reporting, investor relations, raising capital through debt and equity markets and information technology systems. Prior to joining Macerich, Mr. O'Hern was the Chief Financial Officer at various real estate development companies. Mr. O'Hern was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1978 through 1984. Mr. O'Hern is a member of the board of directors, the audit committee chairman, a member of the nominating and corporate governance committee and was formerly a member of the compensation committee of Douglas Emmett, Inc. a public real estate investment trust, and is a board member of several other non-profit philanthropic and academic organizations.

In February 2019, Colin Connolly was elected to the Board of Directors of Cousins Properties, in addition to his election to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2019. Colin joined Cousins in September 2011 as Senior Vice President, focused on acquisitions and dispositions. He became Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in May 2013, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in December 2015, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2016. Prior to joining Cousins, Colin served as Executive Director with Morgan Stanley from December 2009 to August 2011 and as Vice President with Morgan Stanley from December 2006 to December 2009. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Colin worked in the Investments Group at CarrAmerica Realty Corporation where he worked on the acquisition and disposition of office properties.

Conor C. Flynn has been the CEO of the Company since January 2016. Mr. Flynn is also a voting member of the Company’s Investment Committee which approves all new investments, development projects and property dispositions. Mr. Flynn joined the Company in 2003 as an asset manager and has held a variety of senior leadership roles with the organization including President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer and President, Western Region. Mr. Flynn holds a B.A. from Yale University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Mr. Flynn is a licensed real estate broker in California, and a member of NAREIT, the Real Estate Roundtable, the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”).
