Essential Job Functions:
Support and lead maintenance team members while ensuring a safe work environment and full compliance with OSHA standards
Oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep operations running smoothly
Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders, approve timesheets, and encourage ongoing growth within the team
Enhance maintenance processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and reliability
Assist with maintenance budget planning and sourcing to maintain availability and control costs
Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations
Qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid-Senior level

+ Develops and manages equipment maintenance plans including developing and updating PM, PdM, and CBM routines, and equipment lists in SAP, DMS, etc
+ Tracks, manages, and analyzes area asset reliability data
+ Identifies and scopes potential reliability improvement projects and conducts Bad Actor analysis
+ Performs FMEA's and RCFA's to ensure long term maintenance equipment problems are appropriately investigated with solutions implemented.
+ Participates in Process Hazard Analysis (PHAs) including GMP and PSSR and Management of Change (MOCs)
+ Manages small projects including contract bidding and supervision to commissioning and startup activities
+ Identifies critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels
+ Improves maintenance management processes & SOPs and supports training of area personnel
+ Provides input to weekly maintenance schedules
+ Writes and edits SOP/work instructions
+ Supports Purchasing/Goods Receipts/New Vendors/Requisitions
+ Redlines Engineering Drawings and documents and manages area equipment files
+ Assists with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
+ Reviews major purchases and capital projects to optimize life cycle costs
+ Assists in tracking maintenance metrics for area of responsibility.
+ Provides independent quality control of in house and outside contract services
**Physical Requirements and Environment:**
+ Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator
+ Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft.
+ Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to plan each weld
Prepare workpieces: clean, cut, fit, and fixture parts prior to welding
Set up and operate TIG equipment, torches, and related tooling
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and adherence to specifications

You will contribute by:
+ Oversee and manage the repair of the MHE fleet including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs and preventative maintenance.
+ Conducting preventive maintenance (P.M.'s) within manufacturer's guidelines/specifications and established timelines to include oil changes, filter changes, calibration of equipment, belts changes, inspections, adjustments, lubrication, etc. Concise reporting of required inspections, evaluations, P.M. procedures, etc. and clear communication with Management, etc.
+ Responsible for logging time and materials into computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) on a daily basis in the form of repairs, P.M.s, etc.
+ Responsible for daily communication of all pertinent information regarding equipment operation and maintenance to departmental management and other maintenance teams. Responsible for housekeeping, clean up of all maintenance areas/work areas on a daily basis.
+ Required to interpret and understand plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals, etc. for all systems being overseen.
+ Assist manager/supervisor in developing standard operating procedures, daily work schedules, and duty cycles for all repairs and maintenance for MHE and battery equipment. Assist in managing outside battery, MHE, and electrical contractors conducting service, repair and new contract work. Assist management in creation of budgets for individual projects, yearly capital and yearly operating expenses.
+ This position will also assist the battery technicians. Duties will include assisting in battery charger repairs, battery changes for MHE, repair of plugs and tips of batteries and chargers, watering and washing batteries, acid spill clean up, battery rack cleaning, battery area sweeping and cleaning, and other general maintenance activities.
+ This position will also assist the building and refrigeration maintenance teams. Duties will include assisting in general building repairs, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, refrigeration systems repair and maintenance, and other general maintenance activities.
+ Although this position states no travel required, there may be times when support is needed at other facilities and travel may be asked of the associate.

Skills
+ Extensive experience with Crown, Raymond, and Toyota material. Manufacturer Certifications (Raymond, Crown, Toyota, etc.)handling equipment.

You will contribute by:
+ Oversee and manage the repair of the MHE fleet including monitoring and trending, troubleshooting and repairs and preventative maintenance.
+ Conducting preventive maintenance (P.M.'s) within manufacturer's guidelines/specifications and established timelines to include oil changes, filter changes, calibration of equipment, belts changes, inspections, adjustments, lubrication, etc.
+ Concise reporting of required inspections, evaluations, P.M. procedures, etc. and clear communication with Management, etc. Responsible for logging time and materials into computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) on a daily basis in the form of repairs, P.M.s, etc.
+ Responsible for daily communication of all pertinent information regarding equipment operation and maintenance to departmental management and other maintenance teams.
+ Responsible for housekeeping, clean up of all maintenance areas/work areas on a daily basis.
+ Required to interpret and understand plans and specifications, schematics, operating and maintenance manuals, etc. for all systems being overseen.
+ Assist manager/supervisor in developing standard operating procedures, daily work schedules, and duty cycles for all repairs and maintenance for MHE and battery equipment.
+ Assist in managing outside battery, MHE, and electrical contractors conducting service, repair and new contract work.
+ Assist management in creation of budgets for individual projects, yearly capital and yearly operating expenses.
+ This position will also assist the battery technicians. Duties will include assisting in battery charger repairs, battery changes for MHE, repair of plugs and tips of batteries and chargers, watering and washing batteries, acid spill clean up, battery rack cleaning, battery area sweeping and cleaning, and other general maintenance activities.
+ This position will also assist the building and refrigeration maintenance teams. Duties will include assisting in general building repairs, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, refrigeration systems repair and maintenance, and other general maintenance activities.
+ There may be times when support is needed at other facilities and travel may be asked of the associate.
Environment
+ Warehouse: Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
Skills
+ Extensive experience with Crown, Raymond, and Toyota material. Manufacturer Certifications (Raymond, Crown, Toyota, etc.)handling equipment.
+ Detailed knowledge of hydraulic systems/schematics/components, electrical systems/schematics both AC and DC systems, drive motors, power amps, electrical controls including PLC systems. Detailed knowledge of mechanical systems including transmissions, drive units, differentials, braking systems, internal combustion motors, telescopic masts, reach mechanisms, steering systems, suspension systems, etc.
+ Building and HVAC: General knowledge of building (Dock doors and plates, electrical, HVAC systems, etc.) systems.
+ CMMS: Computerized Maintenance Management System experience for logging work orders and P.M's
+ Hydraulic systems, Electronic Systems, PLC/Low Voltage Control Systems
+ Physical abilities: Some travel, site inspections, equipment inspections, mechanical repairs and replacements, all which require good mobility, physical exertion, walking, bending, reaching, climbing ladders, carrying tools and parts, etc.
+ OSHA, ASE Certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Braking Systems, etc.)

We're hiring a Pavement MaintenanceTechnician to handle asphalt maintenance, pavement markings, and surface prep on commercial and municipal sites. This is hands-on, field work. You're expected to show up on time, work safely, and get the job done right.
Responsibilities
Perform asphalt maintenance including sealcoating, crack filling, pothole repair, and patching
Install and repaint pavement markings (parking lines, arrows, ADA symbols, curbs, stencils)
Operate equipment such as line stripers, blowers, crack seal machines, pressure washers, and hand tools
Prepare surfaces: cleaning, measuring, layout, masking, and traffic control setup
Load/unload materials and equipment; maintain clean job sites
Follow safety procedures, traffic control plans, and job specs
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Coordinate with crew leads and follow project schedules
Requirements
Prior experience in pavement maintenance, asphalt, or line striping preferred
Valid driver's license (clean driving record a plus)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and overtime when required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
Basic understanding of jobsite safety and equipment use

Specific Duties
