Responsibilities Perform asphalt maintenance including sealcoating, crack filling, pothole repair, and patching Install and repaint pavement markings (parking lines, arrows, ADA symbols, curbs, stencils) Operate equipment such as line stripers, blowers, crack seal machines, pressure washers, and hand tools Prepare surfaces: cleaning, measuring, layout, masking, and traffic control setup Load/unload materials and equipment; maintain clean job sites Follow safety procedures, traffic control plans, and job specs Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Coordinate with crew leads and follow project schedules Requirements Prior experience in pavement maintenance, asphalt, or line striping preferred Valid driver's license (clean driving record a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable working nights, weekends, and overtime when required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew Basic understanding of jobsite safety and equipment use Preferred (Not Required) Experience with sealcoating systems and crack seal equipment Asphalt: Cut & Replace experience Experience on commercial or municipal projects What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work and opportunity for overtime On-the-job training and skill development Advancement opportunities for reliable performers Compensation: $20.00 per hour EverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company. We are looking for a Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations and repair their material handling equipment. A Field Service Technician repairs a wide range of material handling equipment including forklifts, aerial lifts, utility vehicles, floor care equipment and more. You will have a specific coverage area where you will do preventative maintenance and repair work on the customers fleet. You will act as the point of contact between the company and our customers and represent the company in a professional light as you provide the best in mechanical services and customer service. As a Forklift Field Service Technician, you will manage your job as though it were a small business. You will be dispatched to jobs from your home using a company van and will coordinate and report on your jobs via a laptop. Specific Duties Actively support, promote and lead safety initiatives.
