Reece Kurtenbach is the Chief Executive Officer for Daktronics, Inc. and currently serves as chairman of the Board of Directors. Previously, Reece served as Executive Vice President for Live Events and International, and provided corporate oversight for the company’s design and development engineering. The Live Events Business Unit encompasses the sales and service departments for our Large Sports Venues and Rental and Staging markets, as well as the Video Products Engineering development group. The International Business Unit serves our customers outside of North America and is organized into the regional areas of: Asia Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), and Latin America/Caribbean. Each region maintains both Sales and Service functions appropriate for the size and maturity of the specific region. Reece’s responsibilities for engineering included providing oversight to the company’s product strategies and platform developments. Reece began his career with Daktronics in 1982 as a student, working in manufacturing and customer service. He graduated from South Dakota State University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and minors in math and computer science. After graduation, Reece worked for a few years in two other technical companies, and then returned to Daktronics in 1991 to work as an Applications Engineer on large display projects. In 1994, he became manager of a design group, leading the development of Daktronics' first full color LED video display product. Since then, Daktronics has become a leader in the technology of large screen LED video displays, and the acknowledged world leader in sales in this product category.

James Tu is a Managing Partner/Co-Founder at Communal Intl Ltd and Founder & Chief Investment Officer at 5 Elements Global Advisors LLC and is based in New York City, New York. He has worked as Founder & Chairman at Social Energy Partners LLC, Dir:Investment Mgmt at Gerstein Fisher, and Analyst:Equity at Dolphin Asset Mgmt Inc. James studied at National Tsing Hua University between 1987 and 1991, Baruch College between 1993 and 1995, and CFA Institute between 1995 and 1997.

Eric became chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors of IDEX Corporation in December 2020 after becoming president in February 2020. He was previously chief operating officer beginning in 2015. He has been integral to the company’s success, including his role in developing the company’s distinct culture, business model and strategy. He joined IDEX in 2008 as the president of Gast Manufacturing, an operating unit that produces high-quality, niche pneumatics. In 2010, he added responsibilities for Global Dispensing, the leading provider of automated color tinting solutions within the architectural coatings market. He received his first group executive role in 2012, with a collection of six companies from within two IDEX reporting segments. In the next few years, Eric and his teams developed and piloted the elements of the IDEX Operating Model and began work with 8020, an approach to business that focuses on the vital few variables that drive the greatest degree of impact. In 2014, he expanded his group executive scope into the IDEX Health & Science and Optics businesses. Eric is passionate about developing high-performing global teams and talent. Many of IDEX’s current senior operating leaders were identified as emerging leaders within his group. Prior to joining IDEX, he served as the president of Schutt Sports, the market leader for protective equipment in American football. The company introduced breakthrough helmet technology during his tenure, capturing share at all levels of competition. Prior to Schutt, Eric led teams within operations and general management at three business units of Danaher Corporation. It was here, in tough turnaround situations, that he developed the ability to focus teams around the critical few business levers to drive quick momentum and progress. Prior to Danaher, he worked within scalable operations roles at AlliedSignal/Honeywell. He began his career within manufacturing at Lincoln Brass Works. Eric received a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has a passion for history and literature, and he is a lifelong, practicing musician who spends much of his free time playing and recording. Eric and his wife live in the Chicago area, where they enjoy travel, the arts, and a seemingly endless loop of home maintenance and rehabilitation of their 1920’s-era home. They have four grown children. Eric is also a director of Modine Manufacturing Co.

Kevin serves as the fifth Chairman and CEO at Stryker since it was founded in 1941 by Dr. Homer Stryker, an orthopaedic surgeon. Stryker is a leading medical technology company with over 40,000 employees. Kevin was born in India, grew up in Canada, and has lived and worked in four countries and four industries. He is the current chair of AdvaMed (Med-Tech trade association) and is a member of the Business Roundtable and Business Council. He is also active with community boards.

Thomas A. Gendron was named Chairman of the Board on January 23, 2008. From July 1, 2005, Gendron served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and from September 2002 Gendron was President and Chief Operating Officer. He has served Woodward for more than 20 years in both the aircraft and industrial businesses, providing leadership in sales, marketing, business development, and product support management. He also serves on the board of directors for Hexcel Corporation. Prior to joining the company, he held positions with Sundstrand Corporation and Thermotron. Gendron earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Illinois and his master's degree in business administration from Rockford College.

Andy Eckert is a proven leader across multiple sectors of healthcare, including Medical Devices, HCIT and Services. Most recently, Andy was the CEO of Acelity, a leading provider of innovative wound care solutions and products. Under Andy’s leadership, Acelity increased its investment in R&D and new product commercialization, resulting in an impressive acceleration of top-line growth and the sale to 3M in 2019 for $6.7B. Prior to Acelity, Andy served as CEO of TriZetto, the leading enterprise software solution for commercial payors, where he sharpened the company’s strategic focus and guided TriZetto to a successful sale to Cognizant in 2014 for $2.7B. In addition, Andy has recently served as CEO of Valence Health, an emerging leader in value-based healthcare, and Chairman and CEO of CRC Health Group, a leading behavioral health treatment provider now part of Acadia. Earlier in his career, Andy was CEO of Eclipsys Corporation and CEO of SumTotal. He began his career at ADAC Laboratories, including four years as Chairman and CEO until its sale to Philips Medical Systems in 2000. Andy has also served on a number of corporate boards and is currently the Chairman of Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR and a Director at Becton, Dickinson and Company (NYSE: BDX). He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, both from Stanford University.

Charlie joined Medline in 1986, where he started as a sales representative. Since then he has held various positions within the company, including sales management, vice president of marketing and vice president of manufacturing. In 1997, he was named CEO. Prior to joining Medline, Charlie was a sales rep with IBM. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and his MBA from Cornell University.
