The Associate Sales Representative for Radiometer is responsible for selling Radiometer's full product portfolio which includes blood gas analyzers, samplers, TC monitors, and IT solutions via telephone, electronic, or other methods to customers in assigned region or accounts. The focus is on lead prospecting and qualification, and sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager and is part of the Commercial Excellence Team and will be working remotely to cover the North Central US region including Minneapolis, Minnesota and St. Louis, Missouri.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate Radiometer product solution.
+ Build in-depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and applies these skills consistently to qualify customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions. Maintains records and communications with customer base through MS Dynamics CRM tool.
+ Effectively coordinate with outside field sales representatives to assist in driving revenue growth for blood gas, sampler, TC, and IT solutions within assigned region.
+ Execute targeted marketing campaigns to create new business opportunities, grow existing opportunities, and help retain our current customer base.
+ Execute out-bound cold calling initiatives: Conduct targeted outreach to generate demand and drive additional growth.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree required and/or 3+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics, clinical laboratory, and/or life science markets
+ Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Service etc.
+ Resides within assigned sales region.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ 20% travel required including tradeshows, customer visits, regional business meetings, and national sales meeting.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Job Description
We have an immediate opening on our Ambulatory Surgery Center sales team based out of Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities:
Calling on ambulatory surgery centers within assigned territory. The team sells sell surgical procedure trays, DME, anesthesia, surgical gloves, infection prevention, endoscopy kits, IV fluid management, drapes and gowns, surgical hand antiseptic, and other disposables.
Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers
Establishing and nurturing client relationships
Developing strong relationships with key decision makers
Maintaining existing business and presenting new products
Preparing bids and price quotes
Regular cold calling
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience
Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
Ability to present multiple product lines
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required
The anticipated compensation for this position includes a $100,000 guarantee ($8,333/month) and will earn 100% commission and Spiffs. This position is bonus eligible and Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

As a Neurosurgical Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Neurosurgical products to meet our customers' needs.
