Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior All-Source Analyst to support future concepts and studies within a dynamic, mission-driven environment. This position focuses on providing high-level, comprehensive intelligence analysis to assess emerging threats, opportunities, and trends impacting future military and defense operations.
As a Senior All-Source Analyst, you will apply your expertise in gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing classified and unclassified data from various sources to develop actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, planning, and future concepts for defense and national security.
Requirements:
Leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, and technical reports, which may include using existing documents, databases, models, architectures, and simulation. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules
Provides mid-to-high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter
May attend several types of symposia and meetings at the ARSTAF and DoD level
Capable of conducting research and drafting executive summaries, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for senior Position Description / Qualifications Leadership
Detailed knowledge of roles, missions, and functions of intelligence organizations, TRADOC and Joint organizations
Demonstrated briefing and writing skills

Responsibilities

Participate in Material Tech Change (MTC) reviews to proactively identify and vet potential risk scenarios, assess threat models, and ensure controls are updated to reflect the planned changes to the technology environment.

Conduct thorough control analysis to identify design gaps, missing documentation, or outdated controls, partnering with business leaders to perform risk leveling and ensure appropriate control coverage.
Prepare high-quality executive reports that summarize the Tech, Cyber, Data, and Resiliency point of view on technology risks derived from the RCSA process.
Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Second Line and Third-Party Risk Management to ensure risk alignment.
Monitor the progress of remediation activities, following up on outstanding control actions or delays to ensure timely risk mitigation.
Support control dissertation by managing spreadsheets with up-to-date RCSA materials and comprehensive summaries.
Subject Matter Expert for metrics in four categories: Compliance, Resiliency, Release Management, and Stability.
Develop and maintain a living standard spreadsheet detailing current metrics, defined metric thresholds, non-compliance triggers, and the associated risk of non-compliance for all four categories.
Establish and execute a daily process to report on non-compliant metrics to business partners and engaging engineers.
Contribute to the monthly executive deck by explaining the drivers for non-compliance and proposing the path to achieving compliance.
Provide detailed quarterly reporting on non-compliant metrics for executive governance forums.
Monitor the progress of remediation activities and follow up on outstanding controls actions or delays.
Immediately investigate and validate the reported critical incidents and the impact caused by the incident.
Document all steps taken, the root cause theory, final resolution/workaround, and the lesson learned to prevent it from occurring again.
Feed trend data from repeated technology outage incidents back into the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program to update control narratives or increase the criticality rating of the related control.
Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of Cyber & Tech Risk Analysis experience.

Intern Position Summary
The Learning Design Intern will work with the Workforce Development and Learning Technology & Design teams, which are responsible for the design, development, and delivery of CSBS-created learning content for state examiner education. Intern Position Summary
The Data Analytics Intern will work with the Data Analytics team. The Data Analytics team is tasked with providing state agencies and CSBS staff with useful data about the financial services companies regulated by state agencies and about the state regulatory agencies themselves. Intern Position Summary
The Enterprise Risk Management Intern will work with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. The ERM initiative at CSBS was formed to empower the organization with a proactive approach to managing risks and enhancing resilience. The contractor shall perform the following GEOINT Staff Officer duties at the expert/senior/full performance level:
Provide the functional support required to maximize the Armys ability to balance GEOINT current and future readiness.
Interpret higher authority direction, command guidance, and strategies to accomplish the Director DAMI-OI priorities as reflected in the operational goals and missions.
Support the Armys sensor-to-shooter campaign of learning to develop new GEOINT Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) architectures, and integrate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/MI), where appropriate.

Review and provide recommended positions on Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) GEOINT-related requirement documents, plans, and strategies.

Advance IC, DoD, and interagency policy formulations on GEOINT issues while ensuring AGO and Army authorities, concerns, and equities are accurately represented.
Conduct research to support and provide strategic and conceptual guidance on GEOINT-related issues to Army and IC leaders.
Conduct novel and systematic analyses of the tasking, collection, exploitation, processing, and dissemination of GEOINT.
Conduct data assembly and analysis; prepare draft documents and presentations at the expert level; and properly coordinate work among HQDA/AGO staff sections, project team members, and other stakeholders.
Provide support to Army, DoD, and IC GEOINT issues through interaction and collaboration with appropriate mission partners.
Advise and support the advancement of key GEOINT projects, ensuring proper agency coordination is completed in a timely and effective manner, primarily with the Army Task Management Tool (TMT) and the Joint Staff Action Process (JSAP).
