This role is perfect for an NP who enjoys structured assessments, minimal stress, and no on-call or weekend duties.Key Responsibilities Conduct Clinical Evaluations: Perform physical exams, review medical histories, and complete disability-focused medical assessments. This full-time position will support our clinical efforts in providing exceptional care to patients, working closely with physicians and other health professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Responsibilities: * Perform history reviews, physical exams, and assessments to develop individualized patient care plans. * Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient health needs and make informed decisions. * Provide prescriptions, administer medications, and offer health education to patients. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive care plans. * Use clinical judgment to initiate emergency treatments in accordance with office protocols, consulting with physicians as necessary. * Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, State Board of Nursing, and Federal DEA regulations. * Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and follow-ups. * Participate in required training programs and adhere to all MSBP policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Qualifications: * Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with applicable state licensure and certification. * Strong knowledge and experience in internal medicine and value-based care preferred, but not required. * Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment. * Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams. * Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
