What your day-to-day will be like:
Driving execution of Hilton Aruba's marketing plans across digital, social, web, paid media, and on-property channels

Position Summary
The Director, Polling & Analytics will supervise and oversee public opinion research projects to strategically inform progressive campaigns incubated in The Hub Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Professional sports
Knowledge of sports analytics, fan behavior analysis, and venue operations
Certification in relevant analytics platforms or methodologies
Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced statistical analysis
Familiarity with journey orchestration, digital marketing attribution and multi-touch attribution modeling
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow automation

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified.
