    Your Opportunity as Senior Coordinator, Operations Support Work Arrangements: Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm) In this role you will: Along with other administrative duties, this position will have primary responsibility of ordering and maintaining office supplies, licenses and permits. Setting up blanket PO's and working with all Edgerton suppliers, coding of invoices, indirect PO's, and handling direct material purchases. Handle office interactions with outside visitors. Support safety programs, policies, and procedures including Pro-Safety Audits Responsible for taking and disseminating weekly SQMS meeting minutes. Will work with the HR team to ensure adequate reception desk coverage between the two teams. Assist when needed with maintenance parts inventory and ordering. Running errands for site needs including mail/shipping transactions Complete scheduled trainings in a timely manner Become a subject matter expert in JMS systems to be effective in role Notify plant personnel of incoming orders, verify vendor acknowledgement, delivery, and maintain necessary system records on all purchase orders Display effective communication with all customers including plant personnel, teams, and contractors Keep track of inventory and work with supply vendors to ensure all operations maintain efficiency and inventory levels are on hand. Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format. Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general business operations. Operate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printers. Help with other projects as requested and perform other duties as assigned. Develop and maintain SOP's for role for backups and troubleshooting.
