As an intern within Operations, you will work with operating technicians and salaried employees to collect data and learn the manufacturing process to create process improvement opportunities, complete and manage projects, and effectively document and communicate results.

In this role you will:
Work closely with manufacturing technicians on the plant floor to develop process improvement areas and understand manufacturing processes
Coordinate activities of contractors, hourly technicians, and other resources
Prepare standard reports and documentation to communicate results
Manage projects holistically from scope development, capital appropriation, implementation, commissioning, and verification
Collect, analyze, and utilize data to execute improvements while interfacing with salaried employees and technicians to deliver effective initiatives

A rising junior or senior standing in school with requisite educational experience in engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial engineering is preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Partner with regional sales leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into plans with key operational requirements called out.
+ Drive GTM and Sales Planning for the region, including headcount alignment, territory and quota planning, and campaign/event coordination.
+ Manage the overall business cadence for the region, focusing on metrics such as forecast accuracy, demand funnel health, territory coverage, and seller performance.

Responsible to maintain the tool kit provided by AFR in good condition and notify if needs any replacement.

Driver/Installers are required to inspect the facility they are delivering or picking up items and notating any damage found to the premises by taking a picture and notify their manager, prior to installation or pickup of furniture.
Upon picking up furniture, confirm that all items are in good condition and notify the manager of any damage or missing items. If there is a damaged item, the Driver/Installer must take a picture of the item and send it to the Manager prior to loading it onto the truck.
Ensure customer messages and communications are relayed to appropriate management.
Assist in always maintaining a neat and clean workplace.
Assist with stocking the shipping and receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves.
