Your Opportunity as the Manager, Quality Assurance
This position is responsible for the supervision and development of salaried direct reports and all Quality Assurance laboratory and Food Safety personnel. This position will work in conjunction with the 3rd Party Service Company onsite to assure compliance to all affiliate quality policies, procedures, and specifications, and all Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements pertaining to the manufacture of safe and wholesome products. The position has the authority to stop production systems when quality standards or food safety is jeopardized, and to hold ingredient, in process materials, and finish product goods, and render dispositions within corporate Quality Assurance guidelines. This position provides technical support to the manufacturing plant aimed at producing quality and food safe products at a least cost. This activity includes quality systems development and maintenance, work instruction development, training, formula deployment, audits, project support, new product commissioning, and employee and organizational development. This position drives continual improvement in both quality systems and food safety and sanitation as measured by internal and external audits, and factory goal achievement.

In this role you will:
This is a 3-5 year role commitment
Management - includes coaching, career development and performance management of the quality organization
Be Site Lead Cupper - Ensure that you and the local team of cuppers meet all metrics for cupping self-sufficiency
Ensure cross-site consistency of flavor evaluation through collaboration
Act as primary site contact for supplier calibration/discovery work, including evaluation of type samples and offer samples
Release and control of all incoming, in process and blended green coffee
Responsible for quality/general operation of all green coffee warehouses including internal and external audits, processes, GMPs, and communication of Smucker expectations
Accountable for key quality results and systems for Receiving through Delivery to the plants including, QA budget, cost of quality, non-conforming events (NCE) and supporting finished good plants in meeting Call Center Insights (CCI - complaint) goals that are Silo-related.
Complete & maintain PCQI certification, GFSI certification & FSMA compliance
Own organic, UTZ, fair trade, kosher programs and “certified” coffee audits for the coffee business in New Orleans
Develop & lead test plans that impact green coffee
Responsible for all quality specifications and standards for the site including communication of specifications to 3rd party Service Company and other suppliers/customers
Work collaboratively with 3rd party Service Company, Corporate Green Coffee Planning, Corporate QA, Corporate R&D, Manufacturing and Purchasing

About you and this role
We are seeking our next Turnaround Scheduler to support St. Charles Operations in Hahnville, LA. As the Turnaround Scheduler, you act as a technical resource for Scheduling within the Global Project Methodology (GPM) or Global Turnaround Methodology (GTM) work processes. You will support establishment of overall schedule baseline and reporting to monitor and control the project within established baseline tolerances. Coordinate data inputs from the various disciplines and functions to ensure accurate forecasts and reporting of schedule. Engage key stakeholders to understand causes of the deviation and the need to establish actions to mitigate, when deviations occur. This role requires advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, and systems, and/or specialized technical expertise within an analytical/scientific method or operational process to perform a broad range of complex work assignments. May act as a working team lead, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating work of others.
Responsibilities
Serve as Schedule Management subject matter expert.
Promote discipline knowledge exchange and quality application through technical coaching.
Develop schedule management plans for project and/or turnarounds.
Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated master project schedule during the project/turnaround life cycle monitoring progress and incorporating modifications where changes in the original scope occur or delays are encountered.
Perform staffing density checks or staffing limitation checks to validate schedule durations and ensures resource-leveling supports the project strategy.
Lead project teams in forecasting schedule challenges and offers analyses and solutions to complete the project on schedule.
Utilize project cost estimates to resource load project schedules to gain alignment with estimated scope. Work with cost management to gain alignment when forecasting schedule completion dates.
Perform critical path analysis to determine problem areas regarding project schedule and resource overloads and offers alternative courses of action to the project team.
Evaluate project deviations to assess schedule impact for proper decision making and recovery plans.
Define comprehensive Schedule Management solutions for capital, expense and turnaround projects.
Contribute to improvement of Schedule Work Process and leveraging of learning experiences. Make recommendations on cycle time reduction opportunities and techniques, as applied to scheduling.

About you and this role

The Analytical Technician provides the analytical data to produce and release products and enable process and product optimization. This role supports a plant MPQ (Manage Product Quality) lab.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine analyses on analytical equipment such as Gas Chromatography (GC), titrations, and spectrometry.
Document, communicate, and archive results using appropriate IT software and electronic tools (such as Chromatography Data Systems (OpenLab).

About you
Diamond Infrastructure Solutionsis seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Financial Analysis Lead.This role has a preferred location of Houston, TX or Midland, MI. Will also consider other United States Diamond Infrastructure Solutions key sites.
Uses in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in finance in order to lead financial and economic analysis for the Diamond business with heavy emphasis and time spent on new business development opportunities and projects. You will be a core member of Diamond's new business development team, supporting growth opportunities across new and existing customers, and existing and expanded service offerings, all in alignment with business growth strategy.
It is your responsibility to analyze and resolve complex problems, examine information from multiple sources, and use judgement to evaluate established and new solutions, all culminating in a well-organized, durable, and informative financial model. Your performance impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within your own team and other related teams and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities
+ Develop a comprehensive economic model for assigned opportunities including full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, with considerations for multiple scenarios and modeling variables.
+ Proactively analyzes economic consequences of alternative courses of action and provides recommendations that maximize business value (NPV, IRR, EBITDA).
+ Develop in-depth financial and business analysis for any Mergers and Acquisitions opportunities, while supporting transaction negotiations.
+ Develop and deliver detailed and dynamic analyses of major capital overhaul projects (typically >$50 million) including asset lifetime extensions and capacity additions.
+ Oversight and ownership of Diamond's Economic Evaluation methodology.
+ Monitors best practices in the industry and applies knowledge of best practices and how own discipline integrates with others to support financial strategic planning related activities.
+ Serves as Subject Matter Expert ("SME") on financial & economics analysis for the business; and consults on smaller investment initiatives when needed.
+ Prepare, review and evaluate Business Opportunity Plans ("BOP") and Capital Authorization Requests ("CAR") for select projects, and advise business partners on the authorization process.
+ Work with the Diamond Business Development Pricing Manager to develop innovative financial tools to allow the business to more quickly make pricing, profitability, and service mix decisions.
+ Partner with Diamond Finance team to inform post-implementation tracking to validate approved projects deliver financial results to the business as expected.
+ Partner with Diamond Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") team to support strategic evaluation of existing asset profitability and proposed capital investments for optimization of return to the businesses.
+ Provide support, coordination, and insight for recurring business processes including monthly Growth KPI tracking, capital summits, long-term and annual financial plans, and budgeting.
+ Design and deliver an Economic Evaluation Fundamentals course and case study thoughtfully covering topics like NPV, IRR and analyses techniques.
Required Qualifications
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degreeorrelevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 rankingor Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant
+ 6+ years of relevant finance and industry experience.
+ A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

In this Role You Will:
Lead Engineering Organization

Capital Management

Ensure effective and efficient execution of projects across the plant. Lead projects directly as required. In conjunction with SBA and Corporate engineering resources select appropriate strategies for major Projects.
Manage project Capital and Expense spending. Ensure finance standards are being followed by project and start up leaders. Ensure proper purchasing standards are followed during the execution of equipment specifications and requisitions. Analyze spend trends and use date to improve systems.
Ensure successful project start-ups using IM tools including development of equipment standards & specifications, Factory Acceptance Testing protocol and Commissioning protocol. Coach engineering resources and project startup leaders.
Participate in and provide technical feedback for new initiatives and product development. Partner with R&D in new product development to ensure successful engineering and equipment selection to deliver required process transformations.
Property, Buildings and Facilities Ownership
Maintain property records for site including titles, deeds, and surveys. Manage document preparations for permits and permit records. Develop and maintain facilities master plans for maintenance (structural integrity) and improvements including communal areas, roofs, HVAC, plumbing, sewers, floors, etc. Manage interface with Company Risk Management Manager and Insurance Provider (currently FM Global).
Manage the utilities department and systems at the plant. Ensure proper maintenance of all utility's equipment including the use of appropriate Operations Excellence standards and PSM requirements.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Ownership
Lead the development of the plant BCP to address personnel, property, facility, utility, and equipment needs after a business interruption.
Own the plant BCP ongoing and make updates and revisions, as necessary.
Provide Technical Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Leadership
Provide input to technical safety programs (Process, Combustion, Pressure Vessel, Fire, and Thermal & Electrical). Ensure all projects meet tech safety and environmental requirements through coordination with and audits by the Plant HS&E Leader.
Work with Sustainability Leader(s) on efforts to meet sustainability goals including energy, water, and waste reduction.
