Responsibilities: Technician Development & Mentoring: Regularly monitor and support technician progress, offering coaching on customer service and revenue generation. Team Support: Weekly check-ins with each technician and collaboration with the Service Manager and Service Sales Leader in strategy meetings every Thursday.
