Pros of working at The Jockey Club

There are some good people who work there.

Cons of working at The Jockey Club

Patriarchal, elitist executive management, which pushes down their attitudes through the organization. Middle management more concerned with their bonuses than with their people. Bean counting to the extreme. Why fight for improvement for the organization and staff, when extreme budget cuts are what get you rewarded?

The Jockey Club benefits

It used to be the pension plan. That was discontinued once the directors and executive management were vested.
