Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience. Key Responsibilities * Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression. * Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals. * Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately. * Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics. * Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.
