**About the role**
HealthFitness is looking for an **Aquatic Fitness Instructor** to join the team at our corporate client site located in **Racine, Wisconsin** (WI).
_This is a position teaching up to 10 classes per week._
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members taking part in aquatic exercise classes.
Minimum Requirements
+ Aquatic Fitness Instructor certification required.
+ Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
+ 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
+ Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $25 - $40/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
