The Youth Pastor provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care to students at their campus by creating environments where teenagers can know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live on mission. This role equips leaders, partners with parents, and aligns with the vision of the Youth Ministry across all campuses
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and disciple the students of your campus through weekly gatherings, small groups, and personal connection.
Recruit, develop, and shepherd youth leaders, equipping them to lead small groups and serve on teams.
Preach and teach God's Word in a way that is biblically faithful, engaging, and relevant to students.
Build and sustain a healthy small group culture where students feel known, cared for, and challenged to grow.

Help lead and pastor students during retreats, mission trips, and summer camps.
Pray consistently for students, leaders, and families, modeling a life of devotion to Christ.
Perform other campus-specific pastoral duties as assigned.

The Journey Residency is a two-year, full-time leadership training program designed to give hands-on experience working with one of the staff teams of the church, personal mentoring, and leadership training to equip emerging leaders who feel called to vocational church ministry.
The Residency is designed for adults ages 21-25 who are college graduates and called to ministry.
