Job Purpose: To help lead the campus in excellence, while cultivating a strong culture of discipleship and connection through groups, events, and pastoral support-ensuring every person at the campus has a place to grow, belong, and be cared for. Key Responsibilities: Groups Responsibilities: Provide leadership, coaching, and regular communication to Group Leaders, Coaches, and Lane Leaders to ensure alignment, growth, and pastoral care within groups. Manage day-to-day group operations, including semester launches, connect card follow-ups, leader onboarding, and integration processes. Plan and execute Groups events and trainings, including pre-event setup, logistics, and leader development. Collaborate with the Central Groups Team to maintain resources, monitor reporting metrics, and manage campus group budgets. Actively build relationships through regular meetings with leaders, participate in a group each semester, and support church-wide ministry events. Perform other tasks as assigned.
