ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Athlete Services, the Athlete Services Data Manager is responsible for key data management processes, primarily related to event registrations. The position leads all registration functions in the B.A.A.'s customer relationship management system (Salesforce), and ensures timely, accurate processing and reporting of registration data for B.A.A. events. In addition, the Athlete Services Data Manager is the project manager for onsite activities, such as bib distribution and race-day registrations. Through their work on the Athlete Services team, they positively impact the experience of the B.A.A.'s participants.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage race registration submissions, verification, and entry fee processing.
Manage the Boston Marathon qualifying time verification process during pre-verification and registration periods.
Manage programs and initiatives, including, but not limited to:
Communications and bib identification for various programs and groups of athletes.
Consecutive Program, including verification of results and issuance of invitational entry instructions.
International Tour Program activities, such as invoice tracking, issuance of invitational entry instructions and communications around registration timelines.
Registration Protection program.
Lead registration and entry tracking for non-marathon events, and assist with bib assignment and distribution in partnership with the Director of Athlete Services
Manage Bib and Timing Tag Program, including bib order, bib assignment, preparation and bib distribution, and verification of timing tags, ensuring accuracy and functionality.

Maintain the qualifying race results database to include communications to race directors, verification of USATF certifications, and adaptation of all necessary procedures within Salesforce. Seek to continuously improve the database and related processes.

Collaborate creatively with the Salesforce Team to drive innovation in Athlete Services' Salesforce processes and reporting dashboards, while maintaining and enhancing data management strategies to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Job Summary
Summary
Responsible for improving experience with the EHR and associated clinical IT systems. Will be a leader and change agent, working closely with leaders and clinicians to understand their users' work flows and needs. Responsible for analyzing, developing, documenting, and tracking clinical content. Develop and oversee the completion of project plans and schedules, and track the progress of content development and build, including remediation efforts, enhancement, and demand projects.
Essential Functions
-Maintains awareness of existing and emerging technology, regulatory, and market factors and assists in the development of the clinical IT strategy.
-Serves as a key clinical promoter for major information technology projects within their purview.
-Acts as an advocate for the protection of patient privacy and the security of protected health information.
-Manages content development and helps to inform build activities between and among work groups.
-Leads assigned work groups and facilitates interactions and communication to arrive at solutions for content development and management.
-Provides coordination and direction to complete the assigned clinical content tasks, produce the required deliverables, track and resolve issues, and meet the relevant project milestones according to the established timeline.
-Formulate recommendations as appropriate based on the results of the analysis.
-Facilitates training sessions and workshops for clinical staff to promote quality standards and leading practices.

The role of the EHR Product Demonstration Specialist is to provide dynamic presentations of MEDITECH solutions to prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate must have superior presentation skills in order to appropriately articulate and highlight the sophistication of MEDITECH's solutions.
As a member of our Sales and Marketing team, your job would involve:
Providing dynamic presentations and demonstrations of MEDITECH healthcare solutions to customers and prospects
Providing a strong narrative in presentations of contemporary healthcare industry initiatives and how MEDITECH solutions address those needs
Reviewing and responding to "Requests for Proposal" (RFPs), along with our sales team
Participating in Development and product management meetings as required to offer front line, field-level perspectives, and input

This is a position that involves extensive travel.
