I am a leadership professional with the bulk of my career focused in the photofinishing and digital imaging industry. Most recently, I worked at FujiColor Processing as Regional Vice President of Sales where I was responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals for a company that sold and serviced products to regional and national retail chains in the drug,grocery and mass merchandiser channels. My key strengths are: a superior knowledge of the Retail Industry, over 20 years of sales mangement experience and a strong desire to succeed for my company through leadership, organizational skills and enthusiasm. My goal at this time is to lead a sales team for a company with products targeted towards major retailers. Ron has been a member of the Century Group management team since 1995 and was appointed CEO in 2007. Over his tenure he has held various responsibilities including President and COO prior to his appointment to CEO. Ron began his career with the firm as an Associate with responsibility for direct recruiting and sourcing of candidates for the firm’s clients. Since 1992, Ron has managed numerous clients and has successfully executed hundreds of searches in a variety of industries including biotech, consumer products, software, financial services, investments and entertainment. Ron holds a Bachelor Degree from Whittier College and was previously with a national firm prior to joining Century Group in 1990. He currently oversees all corporate administration, business development research, recruiting, and marketing for retained search, contingency search and project consulting practices. Ron has been published and quoted on the field of executive search by a variety of publications including the Wall Street Journal, Fordyce Letter, and Los Angeles Business Journal. He served on numerous committees and boards and is a judge for the annual CFO of the year Awards for The Los Angeles Business Journal.
