It is a paid job. Therapy has some autonomy over hours.

Unsafe working environment. Consistently understaffed. Poor customer service to patients and other employees.

They used to have great benefits until they sold therapy to Continuum contract company and we lost all paid holidays and our health insurance premiums went up 300% for inferior benefits.

What do you like best about The Laurels of Sandy Creek's CEO and the leadership team?

I have never met the CEO. He has never bothered to meet with employees.

How would you improve The Laurels of Sandy Creek's culture?

I would provide adequate resources and staff in order for people to do their jobs. I’m tired of the profits over people model of this for profit company.

Resume and met with the manager and answered a few questions. I was a student here so they already New my work ethic prior to hire.

Their management looks for people to pick on and treat their employees like dirt. Would not recommend working there unless you want to end up over worked and way under paid
