Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans that support early childhood development across cognitive, social-emotional, and physical domains. Monitor and document Littler Learners developmental progress, by doing this you will need to understand developmental milestones and why they are so important to reach. Identify and respond to the individual needs of each child in your care. Create safe and happy space by ensuring TLE Austin Mueller high standards of clean, safe and organized classrooms so little learners can explore and learn. Build and maintain positive relationships with families and ensure they are informed and engaged in their childs learning and development. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to foster a supportive, joyful learning environment and center culture. Lead and guide your classroom team to ensure high-quality care and instruction. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions. Qualifications High School Diploma (Mandatory) CDA (Child Development Associate Certificate) Associates degree in early childhood education (Preferred) Be familiar with the Texas minimum standards Exhibit a patient, welcoming, nurturing attitude with little learners and families. CPR/First Aide certification Ability to pass background checks 2+ years of experience in early child education This will be a highly paced job that requires a Hapy Happens Here attitude. Working conditions This is a full-time, hourly position in a licensed childcare environment, providing care and support for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. The compensation range for this position is $18$22 per hour, plus a stipend that is determined by experience. Competitive health benefits, PTO and Sick leave are offered.
