We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. All applicants must be able to work until 6:00 PM The Assistant Teacher/Floater supports multiple classrooms as needed, working with children from infancy through preschool. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers with daily routines, activities, and supervision
* Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
* Support children during play, meals, naps, and transitions
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom
* Communicate effectively with staff and families
* Float between classrooms as staffing needs arise
* Experience working with young children (preferred but not required)
* HS Diploma or higher education
* Friendly, patient, and energetic demeanor
