The Field Project Manager is responsible for managing field teams/staff effectively to execute assigned projects as well as maintaining quality control processes to meet client expectations, while coordinating proactively with cross‐functional teams to maximize productivity and profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Traveling to jobsites often to oversee project schedule, quality, communication, and execution.
Working alongside and taking direction from both Senior and Construction Project Managers to ensure a successful project/program.
Reporting daily on project/program status based off field oversight.
Communicating effectively with field teams, sub‐contractors, superintendents, project managers, store management staff, and sometimes clients to ensure all parties are on the same page and have what is needed for a successful project.
Oversee multi‐site rollout construction projects from start to finish.
Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
Ensure the construction activities move according to pre‐determined schedule.
Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
Manage field staff effectively to execute assigned projects.
Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all sub‐teams.
Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards.
Repetitive inspection of construction sites.
Handle all customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
Review and revise quality control processes to meet customer expectations.
Plan and schedule team meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly project status reports to team of Project
Managers/Coordinators.
Support and execute change management activities in project scope.

Our Site Supervisors are focused on working with targeted clients to support the evolution of long term national client relationships. Site Supervisor is responsible for supporting that effort from project inception, project setup, field execution, final punch list and post job audits. What does a Fire and Water Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis Restoration do?
Serve people in our community that have experienced a disaster on their property
Usually one of the first on the scene to help with mitigating the loss
Water extraction, demolition, setting up drying equipment, furniture and hard contents manipulation to prevent further damage, taking moisture level readings, mold remediation, disinfecting
Following IICRC Standards; training available for IICRC Certifications
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Communicating with customer and getting all necessary documentation signed
Completing reports to show progress of drying; using technology
Documenting with pictures
Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)
Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

Field Operations Manager - OES Scaffolding

We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Scaffolding Operations Manager to oversee logistics, inventory, scheduling, and safety training for scaffolding operations across multiple U.S. locations. The ideal candidate will be based near one of our current yards and will be comfortable with periodic travel to other locations. While prior scaffolding experience is a plus, we will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage logistics by prepping and staging material for trucking equipment to and from job sites, ensuring timely and efficient movement of materials.
Oversee inventory management and inventory control across multiple yards, including but not limited to purchasing, re-rent, returns, and yard operations.
Maintain accurate inventory counts, track usage, and ensure damaged items are repaired or properly decommissioned.
Schedule all jobs and manpower to meet project timelines, resource needs, and customer expectations.
Manage OES-owned trucks, including monitoring and planning maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Provide customer safety training as needed, including scaffold and swing stage user instruction.
Perform jobsite takeoffs to support estimating, planning, and accurate material allocation.
Conduct periodic site visits to perform safety and compliance audits, oversee operations, and support local teams.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all yard and jobsite locations.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Effective participation in a team environment, with both external and internal teammates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude.
Ability to travel periodically to multiple yard or job locations.
Education and Experience
5+ years' experience in scaffolding, construction, or equipment rental operations.
Experience in logistics, inventory management, or operations.
Familiarity with yard or warehouse management best practices.
Proficiency with scheduling and inventory software, and with basic computer applications (Excel, email).
Forklift certified or willingness to become forklift certified.
Certified for Scaffolding training
Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
Up to 25% travel to OES Equipment's scaffolding yards and job sites.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
