Duties & Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) * Full table maintenance including pre-bussing, clearing, marking, watering, and re-setting tables. * Setup and breakdown of the dining room. * Maintains on hand stock of plates, silverware, glasses, etc. throughout service. * Explains food and beverage selections in detail to guests. * Assists the kitchen team with expediting. * Runs food to guests. * Responds to and anticipates guests expectations throughout service. * Other duties as assigned.
