John graduated from Villanova with a degree in accounting and has an MBA, from Northwestern University. John brings experience and a proven track record of success in finance, which is invaluable in meeting the departmental goals and objectives. He has more than thirty years of corporate finance experience including financial leadership roles at Gentiva Health Services, ChoicePoint, and The Coca-Cola Company. He started his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. and has experience across multiple industries and company sizes ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups. John and his wife, Lisa, live in Alpharetta with their two children.

A native of Atlanta, Elizabeth graduated from The Lovett School, Class of 1987, and Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee with a B.A. in Business Administration. She has an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. Prior to joining Lovett, Elizabeth was a consultant with Coxe Curry & Associates for over 16 years. Before joining Coxe Curry & Associates in 2000, Elizabeth worked as a PeopleSoft Project Manager and Consultant at Deloitte Consulting.

Janie joined Lovett's Admission Office in 2008. Before coming to Lovett, she served as the assistant director of admission and financial aid at Saint Andrew's School in Boca Raton, Fla., as well as a girls' dormitory parent. She earned a B.A. in art and art history from Sewanee: The University of the South, graduating cum laude.

With over fifteen years of experience in university admission and independent school settings, Jessica Sant most recently served as Director of College Counseling at Lovett. Prior to Lovett, Jessica worked as an undergraduate admission officer at the University of Georgia and Emory University. She was named President of the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling (SACAC) in 2018 and is a current member of Dickinson College's Counselor Advisory Board. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Georgia and is currently completing a Certificate in School Management and Leadership through the Harvard Business School and Graduate School of Education. Jessica is the recipient of Lovett’s Surdyk Award, SACAC’s Rising Star Award, and NACAC’s Excellence in Government Relations Award.
