May be required to attend client meetings, training and conferences. -Respond to client questions promptly and professionally -Ensure that all regulatory, compliance and transparency requirements are met. Comply with all agency policies and procedures. -Invoice and prepare financing agreements. Process payments by check, credit card, or electronically. Ensure payment accompanies bind instructions. -File claim reports online or via telephone. Assist clients/policyholders to resolve claim issues in the event of a loss. Education and/or Experience: Account Managers are expected to have some college and significant Insurance Industry related experience; or combination of education and experience. License: Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License is REQUIRED of Account Manager.
