* Perform basic welding processes: operate the semi-automatic welder machine and wire feeder; visually identify good and bad welds.
* Use and follow mini process sheet; Complete and maintain all required paperwork and ensure proper paperwork follows parts.
* Work from blueprints: recognize welding views, welding symbols, read and interpret dimensions, beveling, welding, and interpret a Bill of Material (BOM) or component drawings (i.e. fabrication drawing).
* Operate small hand and power tools including grinders, cranes and hoists, powered hand truck, and use precision measuring devices.
* Perform self-inspection, operate, perform basic hook-up and riggings, use of chains and slings for a job hoist.
* Use basic measuring equipment including tape measure (standard and metric), square, fillet weld gage, and all other related measuring equipment; Read and use a standard and metric conversion chart.
* Identify and use a wire brush, pliers, wire cutter, wrenches, c-clamp, nozzle reamer, weld ID hammer, scraper, magnetic drill and other related hand tools.
* Identify and use grinders (including a pedestal grinder), and other related power tools.
* Identify metal type from a blueprint, schematic or Bill of Material.
* Pre-heating and post-heating: knowledge of torches, temp sticks, strikers and heat absorbent blankets.
* Ensure parts and materials are properly identified.
* Participate in random quality inspections to meet ISO standards.
* Maintain departmental housekeeping.
* Wear all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) required, by company policy, for the job being performed.
* Know and follow established job specific and facility wide safety and health procedures and rules. Perform job functions in a safe manner.

HRIS Analyst

The objective of this role is to serve as the lead functional resource for our HR technology systems. Under the direct supervision of the Director HR & HRIS, this person will manage the design, configuration, and implementation of all of our HR technology solutions. They will also provide a focus on supporting the needs of the business and HR and to enhance and streamline processes. This includes making recommendations for new functionality and modifications. This person will also be responsible for serving as the support lead for questions and issues that arise from managers, employees, and local HR.

* Talent System Lead - Serve as the lead resource to work with functional process owners in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning management, and career management. Understand requirements and build specifications for talent solutions to meet their needs. Interface with the HRIS technical team as needed.
* Comp and Benefits System Lead - Serve as the lead resource to work with functional process owners in the areas of compensation & benefits. This includes processes such as salary planning, variable compensation, equity management, STIP, and annual enrollment. Understand requirements and build specifications for C&B solutions to meet their needs. Interface with the HRIS technical team needed.
* Core HR Systems Lead - Serve as the lead resource for core HR and work with our local HR team to understand their needs. Ensure the processes and workflows are meeting the needs of everyday local HR. Drive workforce data integrity globally and build and maintain the appropriate fields and actions/reasons to allow our workforce to be classified in the most appropriate fashion. * Design / Configuration / Testing - Serve as the lead resource in designing new functionality across all of our HR modules. Identify, build, and adjust configurations in the system. Establish test scripts and test plans to ensure success. Interface with the HRIS technical resources as appropriate for interfaces and security.
* System Training and Documentation - Serve as the lead resource to develop user guides and manuals to cover specific functionalities and processes. Conduct training sessions with local HR and our HR functional areas to ensure their understanding of our systems and online processes. Assist in training delivery to end users as needed. Work with the Communications and Change Management team on the building of new training materials and communications.
* Support Lead - Provide superior customer service as issues and questions arise across all of our HR technology modules. Manage the escalation and priority of these service requests. Work to find timely solutions and interface with the technical resources and vendors as needed.
* Continuous Improvement - Be proactive with functional owners and management around new functionality and changes that could be made to improve current processes. Manage the process as new versions become available for our technology environment. This includes working with the functional areas on new functionality that will affect them, develop plans for implementing the new version in our test and production environments and leading the testing phase. Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

* ERP Business process expert: Coordinate with business leaders of all functional disciplines to configure and maintain ERP system to produce financial results in accordance with all external and internal reporting requirements. Provide direction and support to business in managing/controlling of non-standard/exception processes as required.
* Inventory valuation/control: Establish and maintain product cost approach. Develop labor & OH rates and applicable material surcharges. Minimum Job Requirements:

* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Essential Job Functions:

Contract Manager/ Commercial Paralegal

This role will report to the VP & Associate General Counsel and have responsibility for various business and commercial matters affecting Manitowoc throughout North America and Latin America. As a part of Manitowoc's legal department, this position will have principal responsibility for preparing, reviewing and assisting in a wide range of contracts and commercial matters, such as purchase and sale agreements, distribution agreements/matters, confidentially agreements, tenders and terms and conditions of sale and purchase. This role will act as a supporting liaison between the purchasing and sales team and the legal department to manage the organization's contracts (assisting with basic contract review and negotiation as directed). This position will also be responsible for maintaining, managing and overseeing a repository of all significant contracts.

In addition to contract matters, this position will provide support on a broad range of other day-to-day commercial and business matters in coordination with other members of Manitowoc's legal department.
Role Responsibilities:

* Manages the preparation, organization and maintenance of contract templates, tool-kits, records and files, as well as the group's contract management intranet site, contract repositories and databases.
* Supports sales, manufacturing, after market (service), marketing, engineering and innovation organizations with contract review and negotiation.
